Warranty and Conditions Details
All products sold in our shop are authentic and come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
We can issue full tax invoices for all purchases. (ETAX invoice by email)
Please ensure that you check the product details to confirm the correct model, color, or variant before making a purchase. We reserve the right to cancel orders if there is a mistake in the model, color, or intended use that was not verified before ordering.
The warranty period follows the manufacturer’s terms, which can be found in the product description or by contacting us via chat.
In the event of manufacturing defects or unusable products, customers may request a product exchange within 7 days of receipt.
We advise customers to retain the product packaging for 7 days to facilitate returns or exchanges in the event of product damage or functionality issues.
If an inspection reveals defects or inoperability resulting from intentional or negligent use by the customer, we reserve the right to deny all return requests.

Deliveries in Bangkok and the surrounding areas (Nonthaburi, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon) are typically completed within 2–3 business days.
Deliveries to other provinces are expected within 3–5 business days.
For pre-order products or special orders, delivery will occur within 3–5 business days from the pre-order date, after the order and payment have been confirmed by the system.
The company reserves the right to delay delivery due to unforeseen events or circumstances and will inform customers via the registered contact information.

Non-Eligible Returns:

Products showing signs of use or missing components.
Products not reported within the return window (7 days).
Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method. Shipping fees may be excluded unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
