By placing an order through www.bnpitshop.com, the customer is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Sale and Service.
- Product Information
The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, and other details are accurate. However, product color, appearance, or certain specifications may differ slightly from the actual product due to screen display, manufacturer updates, or production batches.
- Prices and Promotions
Product prices and promotional terms are those displayed on the website at the time the order is placed. The Company reserves the right to change prices, promotions, gifts, or other conditions without prior notice, unless the customer has already completed payment successfully.
- Order Acceptance
The display of products and prices on the website does not constitute automatic acceptance of an order. The Company reserves the right to confirm, reject, cancel, or suspend any order in cases including:
- Product out of stock
- Pricing error
- Incomplete or unverifiable payment information
- Suspected fraud, abuse, or unusual transaction behavior
- Incomplete or inaccurate customer information
If the Company is unable to fulfill an order, the customer will be informed and any appropriate refund will be processed.
- Payment
The customer must make payment through the methods specified by the Company. An order is considered complete only after payment has been successfully confirmed.
If the customer uses installment payment, credit card services, or third-party payment providers, interest, fees, approval decisions, and certain refund mechanics may be subject to the relevant provider’s separate terms and conditions.
- Delivery
The Company will arrange delivery based on the shipping information provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the recipient name, address, phone number, and delivery details are accurate before confirming the order.
If delivery is delayed due to force majeure, courier disruption, natural disaster, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control, the Company shall not be liable for indirect losses caused by such delay.
- Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer provided incorrect information, the recipient is unavailable, or no one accepts the delivery, the customer may be responsible for redelivery fees or other actual costs incurred.
- Receipt and Tax Invoice
The Company will issue sales documents based on the information provided by the customer. If a tax invoice is required, the customer must provide complete tax information at the time of order or within the period specified by the Company.
- Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or data-related losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the product, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
- Intellectual Property
All website content, including images, logos, text, graphics, and other materials, is the property of the Company or the relevant rights holder. No reproduction, adaptation, publication, or commercial use is permitted without prior written consent.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute shall be subject to the relevant legal process and jurisdiction in Thailand, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

การสั่งซื้อสินค้าผ่านเว็บไซต์ www.bnpitshop.com ถือว่าลูกค้าได้อ่าน ทำความเข้าใจ และยอมรับข้อกำหนดการขายและการให้บริการฉบับนี้แล้ว
- ข้อมูลสินค้า
บริษัทพยายามแสดงรายละเอียดสินค้า รูปภาพ ราคา และข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ให้ถูกต้องมากที่สุด อย่างไรก็ตาม สีของสินค้า ภาพประกอบ หรือรายละเอียดบางประการอาจแตกต่างจากสินค้าจริงเล็กน้อยตามการแสดงผลของหน้าจอ การอัปเดตของผู้ผลิต หรือรอบการผลิต
- ราคาและโปรโมชั่น
ราคาสินค้าและเงื่อนไขโปรโมชั่นเป็นไปตามที่แสดงบนเว็บไซต์ ณ เวลาที่ลูกค้าทำรายการ บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงราคา โปรโมชั่น ของแถม หรือเงื่อนไขต่าง ๆ โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า เว้นแต่ลูกค้าได้ทำคำสั่งซื้อและชำระเงินสำเร็จแล้ว
- การรับคำสั่งซื้อ
การแสดงสินค้าและราคาในเว็บไซต์ไม่ถือเป็นการยืนยันรับคำสั่งซื้อโดยอัตโนมัติ บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยืนยัน ปฏิเสธ ยกเลิก หรือระงับคำสั่งซื้อในกรณีที่:
- สินค้าหมดสต็อก
- ราคาแสดงผิดพลาด
- ข้อมูลการชำระเงินไม่สมบูรณ์หรือไม่สามารถตรวจสอบได้
- พบเหตุอันควรสงสัยว่าอาจมีการทุจริต หรือการใช้สิทธิผิดปกติ
- ลูกค้าให้ข้อมูลไม่ครบถ้วนหรือไม่ถูกต้อง
หากบริษัทไม่สามารถดำเนินการตามคำสั่งซื้อได้ บริษัทจะติดต่อแจ้งลูกค้าและดำเนินการคืนเงินตามความเหมาะสม
- การชำระเงิน
ลูกค้าต้องชำระเงินผ่านช่องทางที่บริษัทกำหนด และถือว่าการสั่งซื้อสมบูรณ์เมื่อบริษัทได้รับการยืนยันการชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว
ในกรณีที่ลูกค้าเลือกชำระผ่านบริการผ่อนชำระ บัตรเครดิต หรือผู้ให้บริการภายนอก เงื่อนไขดอกเบี้ย ค่าธรรมเนียม การอนุมัติ หรือการคืนเงินบางส่วน อาจเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขของผู้ให้บริการนั้นเพิ่มเติม
- การจัดส่งสินค้า
บริษัทจะดำเนินการจัดส่งสินค้าตามที่อยู่และข้อมูลที่ลูกค้าระบุไว้ในคำสั่งซื้อ ลูกค้าต้องตรวจสอบชื่อ ที่อยู่ เบอร์โทรศัพท์ และรายละเอียดผู้รับให้ถูกต้องก่อนยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อ
หากการจัดส่งล่าช้าจากเหตุสุดวิสัย เหตุขัดข้องของผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง ภัยธรรมชาติ เหตุการณ์ทางเทคนิค หรือเหตุการณ์ที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของบริษัท บริษัทจะไม่รับผิดในความเสียหายทางอ้อมที่เกิดขึ้นจากความล่าช้าดังกล่าว
- การไม่สามารถจัดส่งได้
หากไม่สามารถจัดส่งสินค้าได้เนื่องจากข้อมูลลูกค้าไม่ถูกต้อง ผู้รับไม่อยู่ตามที่อยู่ที่แจ้ง หรือไม่มีผู้รับสินค้า ลูกค้าอาจต้องรับผิดชอบค่าจัดส่งซ้ำหรือค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นที่เกิดขึ้นจริง
- ใบเสร็จรับเงินและใบกำกับภาษี
บริษัทจะออกเอกสารการขายตามข้อมูลที่ลูกค้าแจ้ง หากลูกค้าต้องการใบกำกับภาษี กรุณาระบุข้อมูลให้ครบถ้วนตั้งแต่ขั้นตอนสั่งซื้อหรือแจ้งบริษัทภายในระยะเวลาที่บริษัทกำหนด
- ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
ภายใต้ขอบเขตที่กฎหมายอนุญาต บริษัทจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม ความเสียหายพิเศษ การสูญเสียรายได้ การสูญเสียข้อมูล หรือความเสียหายต่อเนื่องที่เกิดจากการใช้หรือไม่สามารถใช้สินค้าได้ เว้นแต่กฎหมายบังคับเป็นอย่างอื่น
- ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
เนื้อหา รูปภาพ โลโก้ ข้อความ กราฟิก และองค์ประกอบต่าง ๆ บนเว็บไซต์ เป็นทรัพย์สินของบริษัทหรือเจ้าของสิทธิที่เกี่ยวข้อง ห้ามคัดลอก ดัดแปลง เผยแพร่ หรือใช้เพื่อการค้าโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร
- กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
ข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย และหากเกิดข้อพิพาท ให้พิจารณาตามกระบวนการและเขตอำนาจศาลที่เกี่ยวข้องในประเทศไทย เว้นแต่กฎหมายบังคับกำหนดไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น
